Opinion: The environment doesn't need your 'likes,' it needs your action

The Arctic is melting, coral reefs are dying, storms are raging across the globe, animal habitats are being wiped out and an island of garbage four times the size of France is drifting in the Pacific Ocean. 
And yet, amid this environmental chaos, we trudge along in our insulated routines, expecting to see another day.
