One dead in collision on Highway 20 near Ste-Julie

One man is dead after a collision on Highway 20 eastbound between St-Mathieu-de-Beloiel and Ste-Julie early Monday.
The accident happened around 2 a.m. in a construction zone on the highway. Both cars were headed east, police said. The driver of one of the cars was killed when their vehicle hit a parked construction truck.
The other vehicle landed in a ditch. The Sûreté de Québec is investigating whether alcohol was a factor in the accident.
The highway was reopened around 9
