Numbers entering Quebec as asylum seekers has moderated: Goodale

Public safety minister Ralph Goodale stated that the number of asylum seekers coming into Quebec has moderated but is still large. He went on to stress that anyone crossing the border in this manner doesn’t have a free ticket to stay in Canada.
