North Hatley’s English community flourishing

While English communities in rural Quebec seem to be disappearing, others are finding ways to survive and flourish. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, North Hatley in the Eastern Townships is hoping bilingual francophones will keep the English language alive.
