No criminal charges in cyclist's death on Mount Royal

Montreal police on Tuesday revised their statement that a charge of criminal negligence causing death will be laid after an 18-year-old cyclist died after striking a vehicle making an illegal U-turn, saying the investigation has yet to be completed.
Earlier Tuesday, police said a 59-year-old resident of California met with investigators earlier this week and had signed a promise to appear in court at a later date.
