No charges will be laid in Mount Royal cyclist death: Crown

No criminal charges will be laid in the death of 18-year-old cyclist Clément Ouimet, who died after his bicycle was struck by a car on Mount Royal, Quebec’s Crown prosecutor’s office announced on Wednesday.
