'No. 1 meat in the world': David McMillan teaches Anthony Bourdain about moose

Montreal’s David McMillan made the case for moose meat on the latest episode of CNN’s Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain. 
McMillan, who runs the Little Burgundy triumvirate of Joe Beef, Vin Papillon and Liverpool House with Fred Morin, went to Newfoundland with the American food personality.
Over a meal of moose — more of a cornucopia, really — he proclaimed that moose meat is the “best meat, No. 1 meat in the world.”
