New year, same frigid weather as extreme cold warning continues

With 2018 only a few hours old, Environment Canada has issued an extreme cold weather warning for much of the province, including Montreal.
It will be a brutally cold few days, with wind chills expected to dip below -30 C. The country’s weather forecaster is warning people not to venture outdoors with exposed skin.
