New poll: CAQ eclipses Liberals, could be headed for majority government

The Coalition Avenir Québec has the largest share of Quebecers’ voting intentions and could even form a majority provincial government, according to a new Léger Marketing poll. 
The CAQ had the backing of 34 per cent of respondents to the online poll compared with 29 per cent for the Liberal Party. The Parti québécois was in third with 20 per cent and Québec solidaire garnered 12 per cent.
