New Montreal comedy festival competing with JFL

The new Festival du Rire de Montréal, organized by mostly francophone comedians, is hoping to compete with Just For Laughs. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, the festival got a boost when it announced it was teaming up with JFL co-founder Andy Nulman.
