Netflix to shoot 32 comedy specials at Just for Laughs

Netflix will once again be getting involved with the Just for Laughs festival. Last year, Judd Apatow recorded his Netflix standup special, The Return, in Montreal.
This year, the giant American streaming service will be upping the ante considerably at JFL. It will be taping 32 specials, from July 24 to 29 at Club Soda and Monument-National. They will be part of a yet-unnamed 2019 Netflix standup series, featuring 47 comedians from 13 regions around the world.
