NDP Quebec holds its first general council

The new provincial wing of the New Democratic Party (NPDQ) is holding its first general council in Montreal on Sunday.
The party, founded a year ago, will unveil its logo, colours, slogan and website. The meeting will also be an opportunity for members to discuss the new party’s program.
