At long last, the St-Jacques St. overpass over the Décarie Expressway has partially reopened to traffic.
Transport Quebec says the structure, a popular route for Notre-Dame-de-Grâce residents driving to and from downtown, opened on Friday after a closure that spanned almost four years.
