N.D.G. Arts Week has grown, but still says small is beautiful

Launched on a humble scale in 2010, N.D.G. Arts Week has grown into a model of the neighbourhood festival concept, offering an alternative/complement to the mega-events that define summer in Montreal’s city centre.
