Napierville ends state of emergency
Napierville has ended the state of emergency it declared after some 50 millimetres of rain fell in the South Shore town on Friday.
“The town is still on alert and watching the sewers,” said Hughes Daveluy, interim regional director of Civil Protection for the Montérégie region in a telephone interview from St-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
