NAFTA talks entering 'new, more intensive phase' says Freeland

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland said today North American Free Trade Agreement negotiations recently entered "a new, more intensive phase of engagement" — but it's not clear how close Canada, Mexico and the U.S. are right now to signing a deal.
