Motorists, cyclists face more severe sanctions starting today
Quebec’s Transport Ministry is reminding motorists, cyclists and pedestrians that the slew of amendments tabled last month to the province’s highway code go into effect Friday.
And many of those amendments increase the costs — financial and in demerit points — for violating the rules of the road.
