Montreal’s Formula E triggers road race rage

Summer is already a nightmare for Montreal motorists because of road construction. Couple that with the Formula E race, and you have even more gridlock and grumbling. The event is supposed to promote electric vehicles, and as Mike Armstrong reports, drivers are definitely charged up.
