Montreal will spend $6.3 billion to upgrade infrastructure, water systems
The city of Montreal unveiled a $6.38-billion capital-works budget for 2018-2020 on Wednesday.
Mayor Valérie Plante and Benoît Dorais, chairperson of the executive committee, presented the capital-works budget during a press conference.
