Montreal weather: the heatwave rages on

According to Environment Canada, a heat warning is in effect for the Montreal area. The forecast calls for a daytime high of 34 degrees, a humidex of 44 and a UV index 10 or very high.
Environment Canada recommends locals stay hydrated, limit physical activity and wear light clothes.
At night, it will be partly cloudy with 60 per cent chance of showers in the evening and risk of a thunderstorm, with a low of 22 degrees.
