Montreal to name park after Habs great Dickie Moore

The city will name a park in northern Outremont after hockey great Dickie Moore.
The new park will be in the neighbourhood taking shape near the Université de Montréal’s new science and engineering campus.
The executive committee authorized the decision Wednesday.
In addition to the campus, the new neighbourhood planned on former rail yards and a decrepit industrial zone will include 1,300 housing units.
