Montreal project helping small business owners learn French being expanded

The Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal announced Friday it’s extending its small business francization pilot project to other Montreal boroughs that have high immigrant populations.
Having small business owners learn French has always been a major challenge, the chamber said, seeing how owners often work long hours and rarely have time to take a break from work to learn French. 
It’s found success, however, with a pilot project that pairs university students
