Montreal police seek help locating missing man, 64

Montreal police are turning to the public for help finding a missing 64-year-old man.
Kha Seng Tan was last seen in the Côte-des-Neiges area on Oct. 6. He is schizophrenic and has difficulties orienting himself.
Tang stands 4′ 11″ tall, weighs 165lbs, has grey hair and brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a black coat and black pants. He communicates in Cambodian and understands French and English.
