Montreal NYE celebrations to go ahead despite cold

It’s going to take more than frigid temperatures to stop Montrealers from ringing in the New Year outdoors. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, preparations for New Year’s Eve festivities are underway at the Old Port despite forecast temperatures in the -30 C range.
