Montreal marks Earth Day

From tree planting to picking up garbage to documentary screenings, a range of activities are being held to mark Earth Day in Montreal on Sunday.
City councillor Jean-François Parenteau, the member of the executive committee responsible for the environment, called on Montrealers to take part in spring clean-ups being organized across the city from April 27-May 6.
