Montreal election: Denis Coderre sorry he didn't share Formula E numbers sooner

Denis Coderre, who is running for a second term as mayor, apologized to Montrealers for not revealing sooner details about the number of tickets sold for the Formula E event this summer. 
Montreal c’est electrique (MCE), the non-profit organization that oversaw the two-day electric car race in July, revealed on Wednesday 20,000 tickets were handed out for free, while another 25,000 were sold “to the public and under agreements with partners and sponsors.”
