Montreal cyclist struck by car after speeding through a red light
A cyclist was struck by a car early this morning after apparently disregarding a red traffic light.
The 26-year-old cyclist was speeding through the intersection of St-Antoine and Berri Sts. when he was struck by a car driven by a 25-year-old woman.
Police say the driver couldn’t avoid hitting the cyclist.
The cyclist was taken to the hospital for a head injury but it’s not believed to be life-threatening.
