Montreal blames early snow for failing to complete 10 roadwork projects
Blame it on the snow.
That’s what the city of Montreal did Friday, as it announced that it ran out of time to complete the work for at least 10 road construction sites, because of the early November snowfall.
The work sites will all get a temporary coat of pavement in the coming days for the winter months. The asphalt will then be ripped off during the spring so crews can complete the work.
