Montreal artist reimagines digestive tracts using old métro doors
Have you ever wondered what happens to old métro cars when they are replaced by the new Azur trains?
It turns they don’t all go to the shockingly clean white line in the sky; some become art — or at least the doors do.
Montreal artist Michel de Broin used dozens of doors for his mechanized installation Thresholds, which is on display in the Quartier des spectacles as part of outdoor art exhibition KM3.
