Montreal apologizes for past police raids targeting LGBTQ community

Both Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre and police Chief Philippe Pichet have officially apologized to the LGBTQ community for a series of raids in the 1970s, '80s, '90s that resulted in the arrests of more than 800 people.
