Molson Brewery workers vote by 87 per cent to strike

Workers at Molson Brewery have voted by 87 per cent to strike after rejecting the employer’s latest offer by 52 per cent, the Teamsters union announced Sunday.
The workers are dissatisfied with what the employer is offering on salaries, pensions, collective insurance and outsourcing, said Stéphane Lacroix, director of communications and public affairs for the Teamsters, which represents 550 workers at the brewery on Notre-Dame St. E.
