McGill lecture series will help people who are parenting in the digital age

McGill University’s Faculty of Education is hosting a public lecture series next month called Effective Parenting that will deal with a wide variety of topics including how to help your child manage stress, improving sleep and helping children navigate the Internet and learn online.
The five-week lecture series will be presented by professors in the Educational and Counselling Psychology department. The lectures will be presented in English.
