Man's body found outdoors in Quebec City

The lifeless body of a man was discovered early Monday morning in the snow outside a building in the central La Cité-Limoilou borough of Quebec City.
The body, discovered by a passer-by, was nearly nude, according to a TVA report, and the man appeared to be age 35 to 40. Other media reports put his age at about 60.
Neither the man’s identity, nor how he died are yet known. A police investigation is under way.
