Man wounded in Montreal North shooting

A man was the victim of an attempted murder at 9:30 p.m. on Friday in Montreal North.After 911 calls about a shooting, Montreal police responded to Prieur St., near Oscar Ave.When they arrived at the scene, they discovered a man in his early 30s who was allegedly hit by at least one projectile in the upper body.The man was transported to hospital and was conscious.An investigation is underway and no suspects have been arrested.
