Man shot in Montreal after a private reception

A 36-year-old man was the victim of an attempted murder early Sunday morning in Montreal.
At approximately 3:15 a.m. several calls were made to 911, reporting shots fired in the Ville-Marie borough.
When they arrived at the scene, police discovered the victim lying on the ground at the intersection of Mansfield and Saint-Antoine Sts.
The man was conscious. He had received one or more gunshot wounds to his upper body.
