Man attacked in apartment in Lachine

A 44-year-old man was attacked by two assailants entering his apartment on St-Jacques St. near Ouellette Ave. in Lachine on Thursday night, but it was a family member who reported the incident to police on Friday.
The victim, whose life is not in danger, called the family member to say he had been assaulted by two men the night before, Montreal police said.
