Man arrested in St-Constant hit and run that left a toddler dead

Police have arrested a man in connection with a hit and run that killed a 2-year-old boy in St-Constant in May.
The 25-year-old man was arrested at his home in St-Constant around 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Roussillon regional police force.
The man is meeting with police investigators and is expected to face a charge of fatal hit and run Thursday at the Longueuil courthouse.
