Man allegedly sprayed by police speaks out

Wed, Nov 21: Nearly six months after allegedly being pepper sprayed by Montreal police, Daniel Louis is speaking out. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, the 42-year-old claims he was the victim of racial profiling and is taking his case to the Quebec Human Rights Commission.
