Man, 71, killed in collision with tractor in eastern Quebec

A 71-year-old driver has died of his injuries after his car was in a collision with a trailer being pulled by a farm tractor Friday night in L’Islet, 340 kilometres north-east of Montreal.
According to preliminary findings by the Sûreté du Québec, the tractor had stopped to make a turn on Morin Rd. when the crash occurred.
Investigators will try to determine the precise circumstances of the accident.
