Make tip-sharing the rule, chefs and restaurateurs tell Quebec

Several renowned Quebec chefs, including Normand Laprise, Jérôme Ferrer, Colombe St-Pierre and Daniel Vézina are calling for a more equitable distribution of tips among restaurant employees and want Quebec to lift the ban on doing so.
