Major traffic expected for NDG, Decarie drivers as construction shifts on Turcot

The latest phase of the Turcot Project has Transports Quebec expecting a “major hindrance” for drivers on the Decarie Expressway. As Global’s Dan Spector reports this phase will see closures at NDG exits along the span until the middle of fall.
