Luc Ferrandez ticketed for biking infraction

Plateau-Mont-Royal borough mayor Luc Ferrandez refused to talk to journalists Wednesday about the ticket he received Tuesday for biking the wrong way down a one-way street. 
The incident happened a few blocks from City Hall, while Ferrandez was riding a Bixi on St-Laurent Blvd. near Notre-Dame St.
