Low pressure system could bring snow, freezing rain to Montreal

Winter tires are not obligatory until Dec. 15 in Quebec, but they may be useful this weekend.
Road conditions may be messy on Sunday, Environment Canada warns, because of a strong low pressure system expected to move in to the Montreal region from the southern United States.
