The warm days have been slow to come in 2018, but we can finally feel the heat behind the spring sun now, which means scorching Montreal summer days are right around the corner.For many of us, ice cream is the food we yearn for most to cool down, and happily Montreal has a great ice cream scene, with new shops opening up constantly. Here are my favourites, not only for quality but creativity and sheer deliciousness.
