Île-Bizard–Ste-Genevieve mayor joins Projet Montréal

On Wednesday, Île-Bizard–Ste-Geneviève borough mayor Normand Marinacci became the fourth borough mayor to join Projet Montréal, the official opposition party at Montreal city hall.
