Laval's blue-collar workers get a 13-per-cent raise over six years

Laval’s 750 blue-collar workers came to terms with the city for a new six-year collective agreement, the city announced Thursday. 
The contract will see the employees get a 13-per-cent raise over six years. The union members signed their new collective agreement after ratifying it in a vote last Sunday.
