Laval police seek help locating missing 16-year-old

Laval police have turned to the public for assistance in locating 16-year-old Kelly Martin Nolet, who left her family’s home Feb. 23 and hasn’t been seen since.
Her family fears for her safety because of unsavoury acquaintances. Police say she may be found in Laval, Montreal or even outside the province.
