Laval police make arrest in fatal car crash

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal car crash last May in Laval.
Officers arrested Simon Lefebvre on Wednesday after a 10-month probe of a crash on Laurentien Blvd. that occurred on May 17, 2017. Police allege the suspect was driving south along the thoroughfare at high speed and crashed into a vehicle at the intersection of Grenon St. and then went on to strike a second car that was exiting the parking lot of bar.
