Laval cops arrest 10 as early morning drug raids target local network

Nearly a dozen persons have been arrested and an as yet undetermined amount of illegal drugs and other items seized as Laval police launched a series of early morning raids on Tuesday aimed at breaking a local drug distribution ring.
Thus far, seven raids in Laval and the North Shore have resulted in the arrests of 10 persons, three of whom are known to local police. 
Police say the alleged network dealt in a variety of illegal drugs, most notably cocaine.
