Labour march calls for $15 an hour minimum wage, improved working conditions

Calling for reinvestment in social services and an increase in the minimum wage, hundreds of workers marched in Montreal on Saturday.
The march, organized by Quebec’s largest labour unions, was also a celebration of International Workers Day, which takes place on May 1.
The provincial election, scheduled for this fall, was on the mind of many participants.
